DISEC is the first committee of the United Nations Global Assembly for a reason. The issues tackled here are not for the faint of heart. Crises like Srebrenitsa, Imia, and many more... DISEC is about the protection of human lives and that's what we'll focus on.
A stable Balkan region is crucial, not only for the future of the Balkan countries but also for the future of Europe. However, there is an obstacle to overcome; Polarization. If we're ever to see peaceful days, depolarization is a must. Careful though, the Balkans are different. Now, here is the question: Could you act swiftly enough?
